Pheasant in Autumn Coat

This is a coat you will never want to part with. One of my customers who bought such a coat 18 years ago came to my last exhibition wearing it both the wearer and the coat looking as young as when she bought it. The outside of the coat is wool, the inside silk dupion. In between the wool and silk is a knitted interlining (fleecy domette)which gives the coat warmth without great bulk. A hood and scarf are integral to the coat.
A pheasant appliquéd on one side, a tree shedding multicoloured leaves on the back with a sun on one sleeve and cut out leaves hanging from one side of the scarf and the back tails.
I make them to any size and colours can be varied too.
This one will fit sizes 8 -14.
